Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction (emails and telephone)
Create and maintain performance and productivity reports for the team on a daily basis.
Communicate and work with all support departments to ensure the availability of infrastructure.

Process SLA adherence

Addressing people issues on an ongoing basis.
Excellent people / Interpersonal skills
Analytical Abilities
Sound knowledge of MS Office and related software's
Tech Savvy, good understanding and ability to learn new technologies and processes.
